Meet Jason Ridge

Jason has over 30 years of experience in the commercial property industry, having held Senior Executive roles at leading agencies JLL, Savills and Sheffield Property.

Jason commenced his career as Finance Manager at Central Park between 1997 and 2006. Central Park is Perth’s pre eminent Premium Grade Asset Tower of 66,500m². He then moved into the role of General Manger, AMP Portfolio in WA including 140 and 66 St George’s Terrace and 81 St George’s Terrace for the Macquarie Office Trust from 2006 until 2008.

In 2008 JLL approached Jason to take on the Head of Asset Management role overseeing 35 staff with 15 direct reports and a P&L of $7M in revenue. During Jason’s tenure as Local Director JLL was successful in securing the new development commissioning and management roles of Dynon’s Plaza for Stamford Hotels, One40 William Street for Cbus and Alluvion for Colonial First State/Cape Bouvard Investments.

Based on Jason’s success at JLL he was then appointed as Head of Asset Management at Savills to streamline business processes, profitability and Chaired the National Asset Management Committee.

Joining Sheffield Property in 2019 to establish Sheffield Asset Management as a separate division with over 20 management appointments and 7 staff the business grew significantly before being acquired by Cushman and Wakefield in April 2022.
